2022 Block 4 Shiraz

Our 2022 Block 4 Shiraz is a special wine grown in one of our favourite shiraz blocks on the estate vineyard. This shiraz is brimming with notes of mulberry, wild fennel, bay leaf and peppercorns. It is a rich and enticing shiraz.

The shiraz bunches were handpicked, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in 20% new French Oak, undergoing full malolactic conversion.

Unfined and Unfiltered.

Limited Production: 1400 bottles released.
