After a highly successful first vintage, this is the second release of our estate grown Albariño.

A distinctively aromatic nose of citrus and honeydew melon, with hints of preserved lemon, green olives and beeswax on the palate.

Matured on full lees for 8 months in stainless steel, undergoing full malolactic conversion.

Handpicked, naturally fermented.

Unfined and Unfiltered.
