Our 2023 Grenache Tempranillo is bursting with blueberries and cranberries, with a chalky soft tannin and a rich mouthfeel.
The two varieties were handpicked separately, destemmed and fermented in stainless steel. Both were naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in 10% new French Oak for 8 months, then blended after maturation.
Unfined and Unfiltered.
